Join ANNU Social Services! We are looking for a personal assistant for our client in Tampere. The ideal candidate is flexible and eager to work. Experience in personal assistance or other social or health sector tasks is considered an advantage but not mandatory; the most important qualities are the right attitude and interpersonal skills. The job is also suitable for students. Excellent Finnish language skills are required. If you have a heart for helping others, are social, reliable, and proactive, you might be the person we are looking for. We are seeking an open, encouraging, friendly, and physically fit individual for the client. Tasks include substantial physical assistance during transfers and mobility. You should be familiar with or willing to learn the use of assistive devices. Tasks include daily support such as helping with meals, cleaning, and hygiene. The client needs assistance with errands outside the home. Training will be provided thoroughly; if you are eager to learn, you will acquire the necessary skills on the job. This is a pet-friendly environment, so you should not be allergic to animals. The work is two-shift and scheduled between May and August. Working days are from Monday to Sunday. You will become part of the existing work team. You must be able to flexibly commit to shifts during the summer.
