Job Description
Overall Description: Performs People Operations administrative activities in scope in line with established procedures and templates. Key Responsibilities include conducting day‑to‑day administrative activities related to employee lifecycle events, such as job and personal data changes, employee movements, and employee documentation, and other HR reporting activities. Serves as first‑line support for People processes. Supports colleagues to ensure accurate and timely daily activities. Ensures high-quality process execution, administration and compliance in daily HRO activities and reporting, aligned with Service Levels and KPIs. Supports process enhancements and best practices implementations when needed. Collaborates within the team and reports in established ways to the Global Hub HR People Operations Manager.
