Electrical Designer / Project Manager - SWECO - Helsinki, Finland

Sweco's Buildings and Real Estate division designs and develops buildings for new construction and renovation needs. In this role, you will participate in the design of electrical, telecommunication, and security systems for real estate, ensuring technical solutions support users, clients, and sustainable future. We are looking for a versatile electrical designer or project manager for various electrical and telecommunication design tasks in Kuopio. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or an experienced project manager, you will find a role that suits you. As a designer, you will be involved in planning electrical and telecommunication systems at different project stages, working on diverse sites and developing your skills with support from experienced colleagues. As a project manager, you will lead design projects forward with the project team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow, quality, and customer satisfaction. To succeed, you need a background in electrical engineering: at least a technical college engineer, but also suitable are bachelor, master, or diploma engineers. Entry-level applicants with CAD skills are welcome. Project managers should have about five years of experience in real estate electrical design and be ready to lead projects and collaborate with others. Proficiency in Finnish is helpful.
