At Worker, we are seeking an experienced B2B salesperson for our Helsinki office for a permanent full-time position. What is this role about? As a salesperson, you play an important role in helping our clients find the right candidates at the right time. You have previous experience in developing customer relationships and successful sales work. Your clients operate across various industries, so success in this role does not require a background in a specific field; we value attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn more. In your work: * You are responsible for successful new customer acquisition in the Uusimaa region * You maintain existing customer relationships * You sell solutions, not just services * You build long-term and trust-based partnerships * You work independently but as part of a team where help is always available This role suits you if you enjoy working with people and are motivated by goals. In this role, success requires someone who: * Has established networks in Uusimaa * Is interested in sales and wants to develop in it * Is confident in reaching out to people and making calls * Listens well and finds solutions to customer needs * Is approachable and proactive * Communicates fluently in Finnish and English Previous B2B sales experience, the right attitude, and motivation are more important than a long CV.
