The role offers challenges, continuous learning, and the opportunity to influence the content of your work. We expect a goal-oriented approach and an open, positive attitude from you. Job seekers, employers, and new residents moving to the area can easily find us and trust that our core activity is efficient, customer-oriented employment services. We aim to enhance residents' opportunities for education and skill development to meet labor market needs. We support newcomers to Vantaa in settling in and pathways to employment. Additionally, you will initiate customer job searches, handle statutory tasks at the beginning of the job search process, provide advice and guidance, and communicate with customers. The position is located in the general advice team within the Vantaa employment and integration service area, under the Advice and Starter Services unit, which is one of six customer service units in our organization. These teams support job seekers in starting their job search, guide them to suitable services, and handle advice related to employment, unemployment benefits, and integration. They also assist customers in independent job searching. Your work includes customer service at various employment service points, phone and email support, and administrative tasks such as handling mail, communicating with clients and the organization, and entering registration forms. The role may also include tasks from other teams if necessary. We offer a meaningful and responsible job with opportunities for growth and development. Our organization provides a diverse work environment in a friendly and encouraging setting.
