Paukkulakoti is a 74-bed residential care unit for the elderly, with 54 beds for 24/7 residential care and 20 beds for short-term rehabilitative care. The unit is located near the center of Salo. The senior nurse position primarily involves three 24/7 residential care group homes, but development work is carried out collectively across the entire unit. The role combines client work with administrative tasks agreed upon with the supervisor. The senior nurse works closely with the short-term care senior nurse. Your tasks include guiding and organizing daily nursing work, participating in planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating client-centered care, ensuring residents' well-being and safety, and managing medication and quality work.
