Practical Nurse - FIREHORSE OY - Hollola, Finland

We are seeking a committed practical nurse for the new Manskivi residential service unit, where work is practical, person-centered, and genuinely meaningful. You will have the opportunity to build a new, cozy, functional, and meaningful daily life for both clients and a small work community in the scenic Manskivi unit. The unit will open in June 2026, so you will be involved from the start in creating a culture that makes Manskivi exactly the place it is meant to be. As a practical nurse, you will be part of a small, dedicated team supporting residents’ daily lives around the clock. You will serve as the primary caregiver for one or more residents, knowing their life situation and wishes, and being the familiar adult in the unit. You will update care and service plans for your residents in collaboration with the resident, their loved ones, and the team. You will participate in daily care, guidance, and support for residents, from meal times and outings to medication management and shared coffee breaks. You will naturally work within a team and share information, with careful documentation, as it supports work across shifts. A small unit means everyone is known by name, both residents and colleagues.
