Staffpoint is seeking a receptionist for Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti in Levi for the Christmas season 2026. Your job will involve serving hotel guests arriving at reception during the busy season. Tasks include various customer service duties at the front desk, such as check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, and advising guests. You will ensure a smooth customer experience even during busy times and maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the reception and common areas. The work begins in mid-November and is expected to last until January 2027. The estimated working hours are approximately 90 hours per week. The employment relationship is established between the employee and Staffpoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace.
