Youth Facility Supervisor - Hausjärven kunta - Hausjärvi, Finland

Join us! We are looking for a good personality to work in our open space activities at the youth centers in Hausjärvi. Your tasks will include planning, implementing, and developing activities together with the team, communicating about the activities on social media, and organizing occasional events. Youth center work is done in pairs. We require an enthusiastic attitude, ability to work in a team, and genuine interest in learning new things and working with young people. We hope you have the appropriate education (e.g., youth and leisure instructor, community pedagogue, social services student) and experience working with youth. The position is also suitable for recent graduates or those finishing their studies. We also offer opportunities for internship related to studies. Hausjärvi has four youth centers located in Oitti, Hikiä, Ryttylä, and Monni. The working hours are approximately 20 hours per week. The work is mainly evening shifts, and a car is essential. The employment is temporary, from September 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on Background Checks (504/2002) before starting employment.
