Our mission is to build a platform that offers a Golden Path, enabling 150+ engineers across 20+ teams to deliver with world-class velocity and uncompromising quality at scale. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who acts as a servant leader to guide a high-leverage remote team of four infrastructure engineers and drive the evolution toward a scalable zero-toil platform. What you'll be doing: - Ensure we continuously deliver and improve our infrastructure platform - Guide the team through massive reduction of manual work through employing an AI-driven engineering approach. You will reach a zero-touch scalable infrastructure, where AI handles dependency management, assists with incident resolution, cloud cost optimization, and developer support. - Quality surge: You will prepare, define and ensure execution of the strategy for our CI/CD and artifact distribution systems to scale without increasing engineering toil - Grow, mentor and coach a high-leverage platform team of 4 Infrastructure engineers, by setting clear expectations, giving actionable and timely feedback, and fostering a culture of empathy, autonomy, and continuous improvement, in an asynchronous, remote environment. What you bring: - People leadership experience: track record of growing engineers to senior and beyond senior levels. - Strong stakeholder leadership: Ability to translate tech needs into actionable engineering roadmap and strategy, and implement that across teams. - Senior-level technical depth and competency: Hands-on experience with: - Cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS or similar) - Kubernetes (any distribution) - Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ArgoCD or similar) - Scaling high-load CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners or similar). - Backend engineering background, fluent in at least one programming language (e.g. Python) - Comfortable at reviewing complex architecture and code; eager to contribute hands-on when needed - Proven track record of ensuring team efficiency within remote, async-first environments Nice-to-haves: - Experience transforming teams into AI-native and/or automation-first teams - Background in technical product management or strong product thinking - Experience implementing FinOps practices and accountability Compensation: - United States: $172,600.00 to $278,300.00 - Canada: C$183,300.00 to C$301,500.00 - United Kingdom: £108,400.00 to £178,300.00 - Singapore: S$214,400.00 to S$321,500.00 Benefits & Perks: - Remote & Flexible: home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off - In Person Connection: Annual Kickoff, team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets - Health & Wellbeing: locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health, and Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) - Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans, life and disability insurance - Professional Growth: Up to $/€/£1,000 per year for self-driven learning
