Technical Salesperson - Veen & Co Ltd - Helsinki, Finland

Northcom is the leading provider of critical communication devices and solutions in the Nordic countries. We help defense forces, rescue services, rail traffic, and industry ensure communication works in all situations. We are looking for a technical salesperson who can combine customer understanding, technical skills, and practical execution. You will be responsible for both customers and products, and will grow in a role with clear onboarding. Your tasks include customer work and sales: contacting, meetings, and offering solutions; programming radios and hearing protectors; processing, packing, and shipping orders; increasing product expertise and participating in training sessions. Initially, you will support experienced colleagues, and as your skills grow, your role will become more independent. The ideal candidate has a technical background (e.g., IT, electronics, radio amateur), interest in customer work and sales, proactive and bold work attitude, fluent Finnish and English, Swedish as an advantage, and readiness to travel a few times a year. Sales experience is a plus but the main thing is interest and willingness to learn.
