Demolition Supervisor, Tampere - Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut Pirkanmaa Oy

We are looking for a supervisor for a permanent position in diverse demolition projects in the construction sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the construction site and ensuring smooth progress of work. You will oversee approximately 10–15 demolition workers at various sites in the Tampere/Pirkanmaa area. Job description * Daily site supervision * Guiding and coordinating the work team (10–15 persons) * Monitoring safety, quality, and schedules * Collaborating with clients, workers, and subcontractors. The projects mainly include large-scale sites such as schools, large rental apartment buildings, and public buildings located in the Pirkanmaa/Tampere area. To apply for this position, you should have * A degree as a construction foreman or engineer * Previous experience in site supervision – specific experience as a demolition supervisor is not mandatory * Good organizational and communication skills * Finnish language skills – Finnish is the working language on sites * A B driver’s license and the ability to use your own car.
