Your tasks • Independent creation of payroll for a defined employee base • Completion of all administrative personnel work from entry to exit • Processing of time recording for the assigned regions • Independent support and advice to specialists and managers on personnel-related topics as well as cooperation with our works council • Creation of statistics and evaluations • Implementation of company agreements and collective agreements in our HR systems What do you bring with you? • Several years of practical professional experience in the field of payroll, ideally further training as a personnel specialist • Enjoyment of working on personnel-related projects • Proficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel • Ideally experience with SAP Successfactors SWEDISH VALUES, TANGIBLE BENEFITS.
