We are currently hiring a technical property maintenance technician for our property services in a permanent position. As a technical property maintenance technician, you will work at the customer interface performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks at our client sites. Your duties include daily property upkeep, responding to service requests, monthly testing of technical systems, and active use of building automation. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 18:00. Our property services handle technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. We are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our client properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end users. Candidate profile You have good interpersonal skills and can stay focused. You are accustomed to working independently and planning, organizing, and managing your activities.
