Construction Supervisor (Construction), Oulu - Are Oy - Oulu, Finland

Are you strong at managing construction projects and ensuring smooth daily operations? We are currently seeking a construction supervisor for a permanent position in our property services. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth progress of construction projects, safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will support the project manager and ensure that the installation team has clear conditions to perform their work efficiently and safely. Your tasks will include daily site supervision, monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and safety, coordinating work phases, weekly planning, managing subcontractors, collaborating with stakeholders, and documenting and reporting on the project. You will succeed if you have experience in site supervision, coordinating daily site activities, or executing construction projects. You are organized, proactive, and collaborative, capable of managing the overall picture and advancing tasks systematically. You have a relevant construction-related education, understand construction quality, schedules, costs, and safety, possess good communication and organizational skills, and are prepared to act in a supervisory role. Experience in building services, property management, or renovation projects, as well as current safety certificates and qualifications, are advantageous.
