Mobile Cleaner - ISS Palvelut Oy - Pori, Finland

We are looking for a mobile CLEANER for our customer sites in the SATAKUNTA REGION! In this mobile role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and basic cleaning of our varying customer sites, such as office and industrial sites as well as stores, and for covering other cleaners. Your work sites are mainly located in Pori, but you will also work regularly in sites located in nearby municipalities. You move to the work sites with your own car, for which we pay mileage compensation. Your shifts are mainly weekdays from 6-12, in addition to which there is a possibility of extra hours in the position. We hope for flexibility in working hours if necessary, as occasional evening and weekend shifts are possible. This employment is part-time (at least 30 h / week) and valid until further notice. Work starts as agreed as soon as possible. The position is paid according to pay grade 3 of the Property Services collective agreement as well as possible additions. Pay grade 3 is 13.22 € / h starting 1.8.2026. We expect from you: - previous experience in cleaning work for at least 1 year. Vocational training in the field is considered an advantage, but there is also an opportunity for apprenticeship training in the position. - readiness to perform basic cleaning. Knowledge of basic cleaning is strongly considered an advantage, but we will train you in work methods if necessary. - fluent Finnish language skills. - possibility to use your own car for transfers, for which we pay you mileage compensation. - occupational safety card. A valid one is considered an advantage, but we will arrange training if necessary. - an independent, precise and proactive approach to work. - an excellent, smiling service attitude and good physical condition. - a clean background; a condition of the employment contract is passing a limited security clearance to ensure reliability in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (726/2014).
