Job Description

Korn Ferry is looking for an Insights & Sourcing Consultant to support our RPO business. This is a remote contract role, preferably for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role involves delivering complex talent intelligence, sourcing strategies, and market insights for RPO and project engagements. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing methodological guidance, and contributing to team knowledge sharing. Candidates should have over 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years creating talent reports and sourcing strategies, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
