Practical Nurse for Home Care, Valkeakoski - ONNI - Valkeakoski, Finland

We are looking for a recently graduated practical nurse for temporary work in Valkeakoski, Pirkanmaa. We support the functional capacity of clients living at home and enable them to live at home according to their individual needs. Home care services support clients in daily activities they cannot perform independently. The services include medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, as well as rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity. We have time to listen to clients and their loved ones, exchange news, and our care services are primarily about caring. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current theoretical studies in medication management (which you can also complete with us if needed). Previous experience in similar tasks is appreciated. You have a driver’s license and access to your own car. We pay mileage allowances according to state travel regulations for using your own car.
