Job Description As an electrical supervisor for high and medium voltage systems, you will oversee electrical installation and pre-commissioning work on-site. The role emphasizes medium and high voltage systems, electrical safety, quality, and compliance with regulations and project requirements. You will work closely with commissioning, testing, quality control, HSE, and the entire construction site organization to ensure electrical work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards, project specifications, and customer requirements. We are recruiting personnel for construction sites across Finland. This role involves travel, and you should be prepared to frequently visit different sites. Keys to success in this role To succeed, you should have experience in site-based electrical supervision or electrical engineering tasks related to high and medium voltage systems, and be able to take responsibility for the safe and high-quality execution of electrical work at large or complex industrial, infrastructure, or energy sites. You should have a suitable electrical engineering education or equivalent qualification, as well as S1 electrical certification. Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and site practices is required. Proficiency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written) is necessary for working on our projects. Additional valued experience includes data center or energy sector projects; commissioning, testing, or testing of electrical systems; working in high-risk electrical environments; and projects related to the national electrical grid or similar infrastructure projects.
