Team Supervisor - ONNI - Vantaa, Finland

We are currently seeking a committed team supervisor for customer work and personnel management in permanent employment in home care! We provide professional home-based services to customers of all ages in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our office is located in Martinlaakso, Vantaa, with good transportation connections. We are looking for an experienced team supervisor working with professional home services (home care and disability services) with a coaching leadership style. The team includes social and health care professionals. You will have overall responsibility for your unit's quality service operations, customer acquisition, staff well-being, and financial management. Customers are central to our operations, and collaboration with clients and regional knowledge are important parts of your work. You have a nursing qualification, experience in supervisory work, and previous experience in home-based services. Experience in mental health and addiction services and other social and health care university degrees are considered an advantage. You possess good organizational skills, support and encourage your team, and are present for both employees and customers. In addition to occupational health services, Tradeka's health insurance fund is available after the probation period, provided the working hours are at least 10 hours/week and the employment lasts at least 6 months. The membership fee is 0.75% of the salary, max 420 €/year. The fund covers approximately 80% of doctor’s fees, laboratory, and radiology tests at Terveystalo (including specialists like gynecologists, ophthalmologists, orthopedists), 80% of physiotherapy and massage (up to 375 € per year), 80% of psychological and short-term therapy (up to 1000 € per year), and 80% of doctor-prescribed Kela-covered medicines with a deductible of 70 €. We pay you based on your years of experience with G25E (individual social security), which ranges from 2978 to 3248 €. We look forward to your application!
