We are looking for a committed, warm-hearted, and skilled nurse for daily work at Attendo Retonkihovi Forssa. The work begins as soon as possible and is fixed-term until 31.1.2027. Retonkihovi is a 65-place round-the-clock care unit in Forssa city center. Our residents are elderly and require 24-hour care due to dementia or other conditions that permanently limit their functional capacity. The team includes the unit manager, two team supervisors, and a great work community. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring safe medication administration, organizing health and medical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting residents' independence and meaningful daily life. The role requires a nurse education, vaccination protection according to infectious disease law, Love training (or commitment to complete it within 3 months), hygiene passport (or commitment to complete it within 3 months), criminal record extract for working with the elderly, social and healthcare card, fluent Finnish (at least B level).
