As a Team Lead, you are the bedrock of the Attendo home and the home manager's trusted partner. Your professionalism is trusted and your views are valued. You assist the Attendo home manager in tasks related to the organization and guidance of daily work and serve as professional support for the staff. The position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in practicing care home management and create career development in care sector roles. What will you be doing? - Administrative tasks such as substitute procurement, recruitment, shift planning, etc. - Assisting residents in basic care and enabling an active life - Guidance and support for the work community We are looking for a social worker (sosionomi) or gerontologist (geronomi) with experience in basic care for the elderly. Supervisory experience is not required. The position is full-time and permanent, and the start date can be agreed upon. The work consists of half direct resident work and half administrative tasks. Work takes place on weekday mornings.
