Nurses for Family Home Care in the Turku Area - Sivina Kotipalvelut Oy - Turku, Finland

We are currently looking for nurses to work with families in our Turku team (Region of Southwest Finland)! The work aims to ease and support families' daily lives. In your role, you will play and spend time with wonderful children, taking care of their basic needs and daily routines. At the same time, you will help reduce the family's workload and support parents' well-being. Currently, we primarily seek an employee who can assist with sick leave coverages as needed and has the ability to travel within a broad area in Turku and surrounding municipalities: work may be available in Masku, Kaarina, Lieto, Parainen, Naantali, Ruskola, or Paimio. Having a car is a significant advantage for flexible work. In addition to gig work, you may also have your own client families, with assignments lasting 2-3 months depending on the client's needs. Typically, one shift per family lasts 2-4 hours. Work is available on weekdays between 7 am and 9 pm, and on Saturdays between 8 am and 6 pm. The work mainly takes place in the clients' homes or in environments such as playgrounds. We value initiative, good interaction skills, and genuine engagement with children and families. The position requires a criminal background check based on the Act on Background Checks of Persons Working with Children (504/2002). The selected candidate must have at least one reference from previous employment with children, and registration with the National Registry of Health Care Professionals maintained by Valvira is required.
