Open hunt for guides for Lapland winter season 2026-2027. Several Lapland operators seek experienced guides for winter programme jobs. Tasks may include aurora viewing tours, husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobile activities, snowshoeing and other winter experiences. Duties combine customer service, safety, storytelling and creating experiences for international guests. Location across Lapland, particularly in tourist hubs such as Rovaniemi, Levi, Ylläs, Luosto, Saariselkä, Ranua, Utsjoki, Kemi and others. Contract typical 90-120 hours over 3 weeks with opportunities for shorter periods. Pay approximately 11-15 €/h plus per diems per the industry collective agreement. Housing provided by client or Bolt.Works; usually private room, sometimes shared. Referral bonuses up to 250€ per successful referral. Requirements include previous guiding or hospitality experience, strong customer service, fluent English, proactive attitude, ability to work outdoors in winter, flexibility for seasonal peaks, respect for colleagues and customers, and a valid B license.
