Salesperson at Elisa KCM Point (Nummela) - Elisa Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for a new salesperson to join our team at Elisa's Nummela K-Citymarket sales point. The sales point is located inside the store, where customers are, in the middle of everyday shopping and busy customer flows. We are actively involved in our customers' daily lives and help with challenges, whether it's a broken phone or Wi-Fi issues at home. Excellent customer experience is our top priority: active customer engagement, friendly greetings, and genuinely caring service make the customer experience unique for both customers and us. As a salesperson, your day will consist of meeting and contacting customers, discussing options and solutions, and active selling. Customer needs guide your actions in every encounter. The work emphasizes a bold approach and a desire to succeed. By focusing on sales and utilizing every opportunity to meet customers, you will see results directly in your work and earnings. Your day will include various customer interactions and diverse tasks, providing many opportunities to learn new things. We are now looking for a new salesperson for a permanent position. The hours offered are 10-20 hours per week, and the work is shift-based according to store hours, including weekdays and weekends. The work will start with training in August. We hope you have good communication skills and the courage to actively approach and contact customers. You are proactive and work actively towards goals. You adapt smoothly to changing situations and face challenges with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. You have enthusiasm to develop and grow in sales and customer service. Previous experience in goal-oriented sales is beneficial but not mandatory. You work fluently in Finnish, and other language skills are an advantage. You are of legal age.
