Sales and Marketing Lecturer - Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulu Oy - Pori, Finland

The retirement has opened an interesting position for a sales and marketing lecturer in our business and service management team. We are looking for a motivated and development-oriented lecturer to strengthen our business degree education. The position is permanent starting from 12 October 2026 or by agreement. The primary location is SAMK campus Pori. Guiding students is a central part of the lecturer's duties. Some teaching and student guidance are conducted in English, so good Finnish and English skills are essential. Flexibility, willingness to renew and inspire, experimenting with different pedagogical methods, and experience in higher education are advantages. Working in international networks and project tasks may also be part of your diverse work. We expect you to have: a suitable higher university degree, practical experience in marketing strategy work, budget and marketing plan preparation, implementation of multi-channel marketing solutions, especially experience in digital marketing, goal measurement, analytics, AI, and utilization of business knowledge in sales and marketing. You must have pedagogical qualification of 60 ECTS or be able to acquire it within three years of appointment. A doctorate is appreciated. The employment terms and salary are governed by the SIVISTA collective agreement for universities of applied sciences. The salary for a lecturer is €3586 - €5285/month, depending on pedagogical qualification, education, and experience.
