StaffPoint is seeking a receptionist for Lapland Hotels Ylläskaltio for the winter season 2026. Your duties include reception tasks such as reservations, email and phone work, guest check-in and check-out, billing, and front desk bar tasks. The position offers a varied role in a busy reception environment. The work begins approximately on 15.11.2026 and continues until the end of the winter season on 18.4.2027. The employment relationship is established between the employee and StaffPoint. We hope from you: Hotel receptionist education and/or experience in reception work, ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment, knowledge of the Opera Cloud hotel reservation system (advantage), serving and hygiene passports, Finnish and English language skills. Other language skills are an advantage. Please note, fluent Finnish is required for this position.
