Customer Service Advisor - Talent Center Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our furniture factory in Harjavalta to a permanent position. Our customer service team needs a positive, committed customer service advisor to handle diverse tasks. The role requires enthusiasm, active attitude, good communication and cooperation skills, and readiness to meet customers via different channels. The job demands accuracy, initiative, and reliability. You will enjoy varied work and be able to organize your own tasks. Your duties include responding to customer and reseller support and service requests via phone, correspondence, and handling customer feedback. Success in the role requires fluent Finnish and English skills; Swedish is an advantage. We value motivated attitude, eagerness to learn, understanding of multi-channel customer service styles, and digital processes.
