Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The role involves designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems, defining SLOs and SLIs, conducting post-incident reviews, developing automation tools, and improving system observability and resilience. The candidate will work closely with software engineers to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance, while also refining the on-call experience to reduce alert fatigue and MTTR.

Job Details
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
- 3+ years of experience with AWS services and container orchestration
- 2+ years of Kubernetes experience
- Deep understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry
- Experience with incident management and postmortem analysis
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Experience with chaos engineering and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, Java
- Event-driven architecture experience (SNS, SQS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills in English
