Senior Campus Recruiter - I.T. (Houston, TX) - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for an experienced Senior Campus Recruiter in Houston, TX. Strong I.T. recruitment experience required along with the ability to travel overnight during fall and spring university recruiting seasons. The Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, client relationship management, conducting role briefings, following recruitment processes, using competency interviewing, and candidate relationship management. Required skills include multi-night travel, 5+ years of full cycle I.T. recruitment, client-facing experience, competency/behavioral interviews, ATS experience (Workday preferred), sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma or higher.
