We are looking for a welder for our client in Forssa, who has basic knowledge of MIG and MAG welding (TIG skills are a definite advantage when applying) and above all, a desire to learn more and develop their skills. The position is suitable for someone who works calmly, listens to instructions, and wants to become part of the work community's practices. You can be at the beginning of your career or an experienced professional; what matters most to us is that you are receptive to new working methods and motivated to improve your work. No years of experience are required, as we provide comprehensive orientation for the role. Relevant education and an open attitude are valuable. The work is long-term and starts as soon as a suitable person is found. The work environment is new, modern, and tidy, and you will receive all necessary equipment at the start of employment. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:15 to 15:30, and the employment follows the industrial sector collective agreement.
