Job Description
The Partner Technology & Automation Lead owns the technology and automation layer that powers IFS Partner Operations & Excellence globally. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate manual overhead across the partner lifecycle — and you will own the data infrastructure that gives commercial leadership real-time visibility without a human in the production chain. You will manage a small operational team and own the full IFS partner technology stack: Partner Connect (Unifyr EU), HubSpot, THOR, OSCA, and the Boomi integration layer.
