Job Description
We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to build a career with Canonical and support the technical needs of customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. The role involves investigating customer-reported issues, resolving complex problems, engaging directly with customers, and contributing to knowledge base articles. The position is globally remote, with occasional travel for company events. Candidates should have extensive Linux support experience, familiarity with virtualization, containers, storage, networking, cloud computing, and programming fundamentals. Excellent English communication skills and a strong customer support background are required.
