Job Description
You will lead Business Control teams across UPM Fibres Finland Operations, supporting performance, business steering and strategic decision-making. You will provide financial insight, monitor performance, lead forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting, and collaborate with operational units and finance stakeholders. The role requires a university degree in finance, economics, or industrial management, at least 7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and fluency in English. Finnish skills are an asset. The position is based in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland.
