Receptionist

We are seeking three receptionists for a new resort-style lodging opening in Rovaniemi for the winter season. The receptionists will welcome international guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer guest questions and requests, handle bookings and other daily front-desk tasks, communicate with different stakeholders and resort teams, and solve daily issues as they arise. We look for outgoing, proactive, and genuinely service-minded individuals who can stay calm under pressure and interact with a variety of people confidently. Previous experience in hotel reception, travel industry, or customer service is advantageous, but the most important thing is a positive attitude and willingness to make guests’ days easier. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a big plus. Salary is negotiated based on experience and skills.
