As an instrumentation supervisor, you will be part of the monitoring team for Neste's Kilpilahti refinery construction projects. You will be responsible for the safe, high-quality, and schedule-compliant execution of projects within your area of responsibility and play a key role in achieving these goals. You will work closely with your project team, maintenance, and various subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the implementation. The projects involve installations, construction, development, and maintenance in the chemical industry within a unique industrial environment. Your daily tasks will include planning and executing site operations, work, and resourcing together with the project team, reporting on project progress, costs, and potential risks to the site manager, participating in project meetings, and acting as an expert in your field to support project implementation. In this role, you will not perform practical installation work yourself but will ensure that contractors have the prerequisites to carry out their work according to objectives. We expect you to have experience in instrumentation installation in an industrial environment, good cooperation skills, responsibility, safety consciousness, decision-making ability, and good communication skills in Finnish and English.
