The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing local site operations, ensuring alignment with regional operational goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies; leading, motivating, and developing local operational teams; collaborating with cross-functional departments; managing site resources, budgeting, and operational planning; and serving as the primary contact for site resolutions and facility management. Qualifications include proven leadership experience in operations or site management, understanding of process optimization, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of the sports segment and license management.
