Customer Advisor, Digital On-Site Support (Kotka Area) - Suomen Kotidata Oy

We are looking for a part-time, permanent customer advisor for our digital on-site support services. The ideal candidate has basic skills in consumer and small office IT and digital devices. The role suits individuals experienced in assisting others with computers, internet, and devices, and able to work independently at customer sites. As a customer advisor, you will support our clients with everyday digital issues. The work is independent fieldwork at customer locations and includes: IT and digital on-site support at customers' homes or offices, setup of computers, mobile devices, and internet connections, customer service and light sales advice as part of commercial digital support services. Success in this role requires familiarity with common consumer and small office devices and the ability to troubleshoot typical digital problems without extensive training. This role is suitable if you are accustomed to helping others with IT and digital devices, have experience in customer service, digital support, or technical work, and have studied or graduated in fields such as data technician, computer technician, or similar. You should have a responsible work attitude, good communication skills, fluent Finnish, and B driver’s license.
