Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of Content & Brand to join our team and drive our growth in the market. This role involves building and leading the brand, content, and creative functions for a global SaaS platform for short-term rental operators. The candidate will develop the team, operating model, workflows, and AI-enabled production systems, ensuring alignment with SaaS GTM priorities and business outcomes. Responsibilities include building and leading teams for content, brand strategy, and creative output, partnering with cross-functional teams, hiring and mentoring talent, managing vendor relationships, and defining KPIs for brand health, content performance, and revenue contribution. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in content, brand, or creative leadership, with at least 5 years of team-building experience, and a strong understanding of SaaS marketing, buyer journeys, and AI tools.
