Job Description
We are hiring two coaches for a permanent position starting in August 2026 at Diakonissalaitos Vamos Joensuu. Vamos is a service addressing the needs of youth outside education and employment, involving intensive individual and group coaching, community, and peer activities. The role requires network-building skills, social pedagogical expertise, experience with challenging youth, Finnish language proficiency, group guidance skills, psychosocial strengthening, flexibility, and initiative. Work hours are flexible, and a criminal record check is required. We offer a salary of 2900–3100 euros, benefits, comprehensive health care, and a supportive team environment. Apply by June 7, 2026.
