Experienced property maintenance professional for the Helsinki Haaga area! We are looking for an experienced property maintenance worker for the Haaga area for our client. The work sites vary, but days will mainly be spent with traditional property maintenance tasks for the area's apartments. Tasks include both outdoor and indoor work, such as traditional replacement of faucets, lamps, and filters, patching water leaks, and depending on the season, snow work, lawn mowing, and leaf blowing with trash rounds. The more comprehensive experience you have in various property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are the person we are looking for for a long-term employment relationship. Work starts when a suitable person is found and is available for a long time. The employment begins as a rental relationship, but there is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door and become permanent in our client company's service.
