We are looking for waiters and waitresses for our client companies for fixed-term positions during the winter season 2026-2027 in Ruka. The work can be part-time or full-time depending on your workplace and preferences. The salary is negotiable based on the restaurant's requirements and your previous experience. The starting salary is determined according to the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant sector, salary group 4 (13.70-15.04 €/h). As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for customer service at the restaurant, taking orders, and serving dishes and/or drinks. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a pleasant customer experience. Depending on the type of restaurant, work may include lunch, à la carte, and/or bar shifts. We are looking for someone with some experience in the restaurant industry to work independently in the dining area. We value a customer-oriented attitude, initiative, and motivation to develop your professional skills. The position requires a hygiene passport, and having a alcohol service license is considered an advantage.
