Senior Site Manager for renovation project! We are looking for a senior site manager for a hotel renovation project in Helsinki. This is an opportunity for permanent employment with the client for an extended period. The work will start quickly, on 1 July 2026, or as agreed during July. Job description: Your responsibilities will include supervising the quality of work on site, preparing supervision reports, procuring materials, and monitoring the budget. You will also be responsible for communication with building control authorities. Qualifications: You have a suitable education in the construction field (Bachelor's / Master’s degree). We prefer candidates with previous experience as a site manager and especially experience in renovation construction. We also value willingness to take responsibility and courage to face new challenges. The client particularly appreciates the following skills: * Good knowledge of renovation projects * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Initiative * Organizational skills Additionally, the following are required: * Proficiency in Finnish * Valid safety training card Having a personal vehicle is a plus but not essential for the role.
