The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand positioning, business growth, and demand generation in the assigned markets. The role covers strategic marketing, product marketing, communication, campaigns, digital activities, events, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy and strong support for the sales teams. Responsibilities include defining and updating marketing plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating product launches, developing sales support materials, managing digital marketing, designing campaigns, planning trade shows and events, implementing customer satisfaction surveys, and collaborating with sales teams and internal stakeholders. The role requires a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising, advanced English skills, medium French skills, and proficiency in O365 and Creative Suite tools. Candidates should have at least 3 years of marketing experience, strategic and operational mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
