Cashier, Customer Service and Café Supervisor for New Oulu Biltema Store - Biltema - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for a cashier, customer service, and café supervisor for the new Biltema store in Oulu. The role involves managing the cash registers, customer service points, and the café operations. You will be responsible for cash routines, store cash flow, handling complaints and returns, and training new employees. In café duties, you will oversee the daily operations of Biltema Café, train and ensure the competence of café staff, and be part of the store management team, taking responsibility for the entire store during your shift, including customer interactions. Requirements include commercial education or experience in retail or daily goods trade, good interpersonal skills, interest or experience in supervisory tasks, ability to work independently, positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work all store shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are preferred. We offer a responsible and diverse position in an international retail chain, with detailed training and a positive work environment. The position is permanent, full-time, with an average of 37.5 hours/week, starting as agreed. The initial salary is at least 2,500 €/month, with final salary based on education, experience, and skills. Evening and weekend bonuses are paid according to working hours.
