IT Development Manager (MarTech Solution Architect), S-Pankki - Biisoni Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical IT development manager for a permanent position in the Digital Systems team in Helsinki. Our team develops S-Pankki's digital services, identification, and marketing technology solutions, so your work will be visible broadly in customer experience and marketing impact. In this role, you will be responsible for developing S-Pankki's marketing technology and related architecture with business, enterprise architects, and technical partners. You will design solutions supporting data-driven and multichannel marketing, including planning and managing marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and digital marketing tools, ensuring scalability and multichannel support for large data volumes. You will participate in designing integrations with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other marketing technology environments. Additionally, you will develop analytics, A/B testing, and web development capabilities, and support the deployment of self-service analytics solutions. You will also ensure data quality, lifecycle, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and consent management in all solutions. The role involves utilizing new AI opportunities in marketing and data development. The employment is permanent and full-time, directly with S-Pankki, located at the head office in Vallila, Helsinki, working in a hybrid model within Finland, with about two days a week at the office. You should have a suitable higher education degree, understanding of marketing technologies, analytics, and the digital marketing ecosystem. Experience in data, analytics, marketing automation, or digital solutions is required, with a good understanding of how data can be used to develop business. Experience in multichannel marketing, analytics, and data utilization is valued, as well as interest in marketing automation platforms and modern data-driven development. Knowledge of data quality, regulation, and consent management is beneficial, along with interest in AI, A/B testing, web development, or marketing optimization. Previous experience in finance is a plus but understanding complex entities is more important. You work proactively and solution-oriented, able to advance tasks collaboratively with business, development teams, and external partners. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
