Recruitment Coordinator - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll keep recruitment moving and deliver a great candidate experience. Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders, manage onboarding tasks, act as the key contact for candidate queries, partner with hiring managers and TA to keep processes on track, and identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes. The role offers a 12-month contract with strong Talent Acquisition exposure, flexible hybrid working in Sydney CBD, ongoing learning, and exposure to AI in recruitment processes. Suitable for candidates with admin, coordination, or customer service background, with or without recruitment experience. Must be highly organised, able to juggle priorities, communicate clearly, and learn new systems quickly.
