HubSpot CRM and Automation Specialist - Nordhealth Oy - Remote - Global

This role sits within the Revenue Operations function and is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and health of our HubSpot portal. The HubSpot Specialist is a hands-on technical resource focused on keeping HubSpot running cleanly and reliably as a core piece of our go-to-market infrastructure! The key responsibilities include managing HubSpot access and permissions, assisting in maintaining data integrity, supporting integrations, auditing assets, supporting queries, escalating issues, deploying workflows, and maintaining documentation. Success requires experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment, hands-on HubSpot experience, understanding of HubSpot's data model, operational or technical capacity, troubleshooting skills, eagerness to learn, certifications, and fluency in English. Nice to have skills include exposure to RevOps tooling, reporting, cross-functional work, and API integrations.
