We are seeking a supervisor for Axxell Pargas. The employment relationship is temporary from 1.8.2026 to 31.3.2027. The position is part-time (80%). The main responsibilities include supervising, assisting, and supporting students together with the teacher, individually and/or in groups, in both theoretical and practical teaching. Your placement is in Pargas, and the working language is Swedish. We offer a workplace where sustainability is integrated into our operations. Axxell has over 5,000 students, of whom approximately 3,500 are studying for a degree. The staff consists of about 280 full-time employees and part-time staff. In Pargas, we train builders, electricians, chefs, cosmetologists, and healthcare assistants. We also have Hux education, which prepares students for vocational and degree education. Axxell Pargas has about 230 students. In fall 2024, we opened our brand-new school building adjacent to the Brava learning center. We require suitable vocational education at least at the basic qualification level and a school supervisor or equivalent previous qualification. If no suitable candidates meet the requirements, an unqualified person may be appointed temporarily. Salary is according to the collective agreement for the private education sector. For a qualified applicant, the salary is €1,855.35 - €2,152.21 per month (80%), depending on experience. A probation period of 4 months applies. The hired individual must present a criminal record extract according to section 3 of the Act on the Control of Criminal Backgrounds of Persons Working with Children (504/2002).
