Read more: metsagroup.com/metsaforall. We are hiring a Learning and Employer Branding Specialist for a fixed-term parental leave cover at our headquarters in Espoo. In this role, you will work extensively on learning, Workday Learning, and employer branding as part of the corporate functions. You will be responsible for the overall management of Workday Learning, support the Learning Partner network, and develop learning-related processes in collaboration with business units and HR colleagues. You will also develop Metsä’s online learning platform, act as a project manager and pedagogical advisor for online course projects, develop the course catalog, and coordinate mentoring programs, learning solutions, and training impact assessments. Additionally, you will handle student cooperation and relationships with educational institutions, including sponsorship of student organizations, student visits, the Metsä Opportunities school campaign, and coordinating thesis assignments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence employee skills development and how Metsä Group is perceived as an employer by current and future talent. We seek a service-minded and solution-oriented approach, good project management and organizational skills, and excellent collaboration and communication skills. Pedagogical expertise, confidence in public speaking, strong system skills, and interest in developing Workday Learning are valued. A relevant university degree and excellent spoken and written English skills are required.
